(Sellers must be on site by 8:30am)

Vendor Set up- Thursday June 25th 1pm - 7pm (Check in by 5PM)

 

Spaces are 10X10 for $100 each

Parking is free to all in assigned areas

Sellers Get 2 Free Vendor Badges (2 Per space Max 4)

 

 

 ALL SPACES MUST BE CLAIMED AND SET UP Thursday PRIOR TO SALE DURING MOVE IN HOURS 1pm - 7pm.   ALL SPACES NOT CLAIMED ON Thursday BY 5PM ARE RELEASED AND NO REFUNDS GIVEN.  NO Friday MOVE IN. ALL SPACES MUST BE CLAIMED AND FILLED ON VENDOR SET UP DAY.

 

VENDOR PASSES ARE FOR VENDORS ONLY AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN.

REPLACEMENT PASSES ARE $20. There are two passes given per booth up to 4 max no matter how many booths. No weapons, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, OR PORNOGRAPHY is allowed for sale or in the building. 

 

SPACE LOCATION: Friday & Saturday – ARE PRE-ASSIGNED ALL INDOORS.  Saturday one day only vendors (if we fill the building and need more spots)  – ARE PRE-ASSIGNED ALL OUTDOORS.  All SPACES ARE 10X10 IF YOU RENT MORE THAN 1 SPACE, THEY WILL BE ALL TOGETHER UNLESS OTHERWISE CONFIRMED

 

VENDOR DOORS OPEN AT 7:30am on Friday & Saturday for vendors only.  VENDORS MUST WEAR BADGES FOR ENTRANCE.  ALL VENDORS MUST BE OPEN IN THEIR ASSIGNED SPACE OPEN TO CLOSE OF SALE both days Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.  Thursday AFTER SET UP please COVER YOUR SPACE.  SPACES THAT CLOSE EARLY WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE SALES!

 

NO HELIUM BALLOONS OR FREE-FLOATING DEVICES PROPANE OR GASSES ALLOWED IN

BUILDINGS.  ALL SPACES MUST BE VACATED BY 7PM AFTER SALE INCLUDING ALL GARBAGE.  If anything is left in your space you will be fined.

 

The PNW Flea IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

The undersigned Vendor hereby applies for booth space at the above-named show. Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea), its workers, the Sponsor, shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Vendor, its agent or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Vendor waives any claim against Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea), the Sponsor. The Vendor assumes all liability for loss or damage to Vendor's property entrusted to the premises.

Vendor shall hold Josephine's Mercantile, Samantha and Joshua Smith, or Valley Vintage Market, Carin and Jeffrey Anema, (DBA PNW Flea), the Sponsor, harmless and shall indemnify Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea), the Sponsor, and the County of Kitsap, ITS OFFICERS, ELECTED OFFICALS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS against all liability or expense arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property together will all cost in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney's fees. The above-mentioned parties will not be held responsible if show is cancelled for any reason. Vendors are NOT permitted to re-sell items purchased from other vendors at the show. Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea) reserve the right to demand removal by Vendor of any item which may not be in keeping with the shows image.  Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea) reserves the right to make rules and regulations it deems proper and necessary, and Vendor agrees to accept such rules and regulations and any interpretation as is set forth by Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea).

All municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with sales must be fulfilled, including licenses and permits, sales tax, electrical, fire department regulations and no smoking ordinances. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.

You may be photographed by Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea) and various media outlets and may be filmed by various entities. The images and or film may be used as promotional material by Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA The Found Market) or various entities, as approved by Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea) and belong solely to Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea) and/or various entities. This contract cannot be assigned without prior written consent of Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea).  No booths may be shared without the prior written consent of Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea). Space is not reserved until payment is received.

CANCELLATION: Space Rental Fees will not be returned if Vendor cancels or be moved to a future event.  Any Vendor who fails to show up for any show for which he or she has contracted will forfeit space rental fee. Should any show be cancelled by Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea), for any reason, this contract is null and void, and Vendor waives any and all claims, except space rental fee return. At any time, Josephine's Mercantile or Valley Vintage Market (DBA PNW Flea) reserves the right to evaluate the Vendor and exclude or remove them from the show and Vendor waives any and all claims, except space rental fee return. No refund if show is cancelled for weather conditions or acts of God.
